This two-story, five-bedroom home in South Tampa, designed by Accentrics Interiors, perfectly blends luxury and comfort for a family-focused lifestyle. Open living spaces filled with natural materials and textures set the stage for meaningful moments, all while embracing a modern organic style.
The serene design palette features warm oak hardwood floors, White Dove walls and earth-toned fabrics, accented with touches of ochre and olive green. Expansive windows and Euro-style door frames along the back of the house frame calming water views, creating a seamless connection between the home and its surroundings.
At the heart of the home, a custom fluted limestone fireplace anchors the living area with depth and warmth. This striking feature is beautifully complemented by a matte Venetian plaster spiral staircase, which functions as both a sculptural centerpiece and a practical element.
Throughout the home, every material was thoughtfully curated to balance durability with beauty, ensuring that spaces like the living area, dining room and primary suite not only impress but also offer a tranquil front-row seat to the serene water views.
