Rebecca Zamolo and Matt Slays ask $7.5M for LA home
This home is worthy of hitting that “Like” button.
Rebecca Zamolo and Matt Slays, who command nearly 28 million subscribers combined across their YouTube channels, are looking to trade their California home for a new chapter.
The husband-and-wife team — known for vlogs, comedy skits and elaborate challenge videos — listed their 7,122-square-foot Encino property this week for $7.5 million, The Post has learned.
The listing is held by Eric Lavey of The Beverly Hills Estates.
The pair said their decision to sell is driven by family logistics rather than a waning attachment to the property.
“With our family growing, we’ve entered a new chapter. We want to be closer to our family and closer to our daughter’s school,” they told The Post in an email.
Two weeks ago, the couple posted a video on their YouTube channel, vlogging the arrival of their baby boy, which garnered nearly 8 million views. In another video, dated Sept. 6, they announced their move as their family had just become one baby bigger.
The couple parlayed their internet stardom into a lifestyle that mirrors the scale of their audience.
Zamolo, a former competitive gymnast and television producer, built her online following with high-energy challenge content and storytelling aimed at younger viewers.
Slays, a musician and producer, has also cultivated millions of followers with parody songs, comedy sketches and joint family content.
Together, their combined viewership has given them access to sponsorships, brand partnerships and the ability to treat their home as both personal retreat and creative studio.
Completed in 2019, the White Oak Avenue estate blends contemporary design with family-friendly amenities.
Beyond its chandelier-lit foyer and dual-island kitchen, the home has a theater, an office and a backyard designed for entertaining on camera or off. There, there’s a zero-edge pool, a spa, a sports court and multiple terraces.
A two-bedroom guesthouse with a kitchenette sits at the rear of the 17,424-square-foot lot.
For Zamolo and Slays, the home has doubled as a set for some of their most recognizable uploads.
“This was our first house as a family, the place where our daughter took her first steps, where we filmed some of our most meaningful YouTube videos and where we spent countless hours together,” they said.
Encino has emerged as a favorite among digital creators seeking privacy and space while remaining close to Los Angeles studios.
High-profile transactions by fellow influencers and entertainers have pushed the neighborhood into the luxury tier, where listings regularly exceed $5 million.
Though they are leaving, the couple said the residence holds a unique place in their journey.
“The memories. Our family dinners, birthday parties, celebrating Christmas with a giant [14-foot] Christmas tree and so many other milestones. It’s the place where so many chapters of our story unfolded.”
“We’ll always be grateful for the time we had here, and we’re excited for the next family to create their own special memories in this home,” they added.
